Insurer sues Cedar Fair

Because of the complaint about insurance not covering Vertigo, S&S is suing Cedar Fair. I don't think this has been discussed before.

The Insurance company is just asking a court to rule they don't have to pay. Not suing CF.

S&S isn't suing Cedar Fair, the company that insures Cedar Fair is.
