Inside Station Pictures

I am doing an art project for school, does anyone know where i can find Pictures Inside MF's station and POV pictures of the first drop?

The best you'll be able to get for the POV are going to come from Cedar Point or screen captures you get from a video.

As for the station pics. I'm not really sure. There are a number of CP fan sites out there. Just do a google search for Cedar Point and you should be able to find a bunch, I'm sure ONE of them has something from the station.

I have a picture of the station. It's a bit burry though. PM me and I'll email it to you.

Copy and paste a frame from CP's POV video of MF for an on-ride video without breaking any rule.

TTD's station is the much easier to get a picture of. It's not dark.

There's a picture in one of the MF galleries on the CP site that was taken from the stairs at the top of the hill looking down. I can't remember for sure, but I think it's in the construction gallery.

I wonder if there will be any changes for this summer. When 2004 came around, the intelligent lights were gone. In 2005 a cubby and a fence was placed on the load platform. It makes me wonder what will be there this summer.

There are many makes and models of intelligent lights. They are generally lights that are capable of shining an image or a plain color, moving that image or light, changing colors, and several other features.

The ones used on MF in 2000-2003 are a light that shines on a mirror. They were used with the MF logo and a saw blade image. They basically panned around the station while spinning and blinking. They can change color

Another type is used on the midway around maXair and the new games. They are a light that moves on 2 axis. The light can change color too. I don't remember too much about the particular ones used.

When I was younger I used to be a lighting technician at a church that used several of these types of lights. On the Sunday services I couldn't do anything with those lights. On Saturdays they had an informal service so I could do whatever I wanted. The same held true for any time they had a concert there. That was fun at times.

The ones in the Force are the ones I've worked with when I worked at the nightclub. They are fun to work with, but a PITA to program. Try changing the bulbs, lol.
