In order what were the coasters

I'll bet you a pretend dollar that Blue Streak is closer than DT by a whisker. That is, going in a straight line (while avoiding getting dumped on by crows, seagulls, and all their ilk) to the actual front gates.

And BlueStreak64, how do you know so much about swallows? And anyway, it's not a question of where it grips it.

Jugga, you beat me to it.

I agree with Ensign Smith. If you think about it there is handicap parking over on the side of DT and BS sticks out right up by the picnic area to the left of the entrance. So BS is probably closer but not by much.

No argument though that MS is the furthest back.:)

What about Magnum?

no MS is out at the end of the point and Maggie doesn't quite go that far back.

Look at an aerial/satellite photo (found here). Magnum extends further back than Mean Streak.

My bad Jugga, you are right. It also shows that BS is Closest to the front.

To bad that picture isn't in color.

I know, its such a sweet picture. Dxmn government (companies) not spending the extra 500,000 for a color camera on their high tech satellite. ;)

Hmmm... after reading over the last few post, I've decided that you all need to get out in the sun a little more ;).

Actually, I think we should measure it "as the swallow flies." But that begs the question if it is an African or European swallow, and if it is carrying a coconut by the husk.

I'm sorry, but when I read that I was thinking about riding MF during mufflehead and mayfly season.

Ahhh....protien!!

I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead

From front to back are we going by True north, Magnetic north, or relative north where as the CP peninsula is "North".

This would make a difference.

No, it's from the front of the park, as determined by distance from the main gates. Didn't you get the memo?
