This may have been obvious to some at the park, but I didn't catch on to this until it was too late. Since they're a train short, the right-hand line on the ramp moves slower since they don't get a train on every cycle. Basically they cycle the trains through 2-2-1, so the left lane (front train) gets a train every cycle. I probably would have cut 20-30 minutes off my 3.5 hour wait had I taken the left lane...

I think that is why they were running 4 trains on tuesday at the end. they had 5 trains on but sometime during the day they took of the blue train. but thanks for the heads up.
They removed the blue train because they were filming a commercial and it still had all the camera equipment mounted to it. Wouldn't it make sense (if they needed to film again) to leave the stuff on the train and just remove the whole train from the track?
I dont know if the programing would allow it, but I think it would make more since for the train behind the empty spot to make up the difference. So if there is the one in the exit, when the next one hits the breaks it wont just sit there until the "ghost" moves into load. It will move into exit behind the 5th train. That way there would always be 2 in load, 2 in launch, and 2 in exit. And the first break block would be clear so they could launch faster.

I didn't see the camera mounts on it and they were running five trains earlier during the day, after the commercial shoot was done for the day.

Actually, "in rehab" would be more accurate.
