Ideas and theorys for 09?

I was looking for a post about 2009, and what we "think" is to come... And I couldnt so here it is...

(Some people think its stupid to talk about 2009, when 2008 hasn't even started... its because this years new addition sux for thrill seakers, good for the families)

I think attendance will crash this year due to the downward spiral of gas prices rise, businesses raise prices to compensate, people stop buying, jobs are cut, recession turns to depression. dun dun dunnnnnnnnn Cedar Point is forced to close.
Anyone else want to try spinning this thread in a completely unrelated direction?

In 2008, Madonna, increasingly bored with her current Kabala hobby, will go to her first amusement park and experience a spiritual epiphany on a roller coaster. She will order her agent to find out which park has the most coasters in order to buy it and turn it into Maddonawood.

At first, Cedar Fair will be reluctant to part with their storied flagship park, until she sweetens the pot by guaranteeing CF's continuing management of the park. That, coupled with the many millions in bonuses they will earn, will persuade Dick Kinzel and the board to sell.

Beginning in 2009, Madonna will observe an obsessive campaign to make Cedar Point ever more wonderful and perfect -- that is, more like herself. Retheming and renaming of rides will follow. TTD will become SEX: the ride, for example. Planet Madonna, Camp Madonna, and Madonna Kingdom will ensure a continuing generation of fans for all things Madonna.

Historians will also note that it is about this time when Madonna's unhealthy, spiteful obsession with Dolly Parton began.

Someone was going to start this thread sometime in the next year anyway, why not start early?

Whether the 2008 season has started or not, we don't do wish list threads here. Sorry.
