Why is that ICEE place always closed?? The one right when you get off the train in Frontier Town and across from Maverick. It's right in the middle of the pathway sorta.
It's not always closed. Cath and I met an Eastern European kid there at the beginning of the season who had been in the states for all of three days.
"Enjoy da Ceeder Point!" he said. :)

The park closes many of the low traffic food locations in the very early or late parts of the season. There's no reason to keep them open.

Well, going through every 20 minutes in the locomotive, I have only noticed it open maybe 10 days all season.
From everyone on the CP&LE, RIP Mayor Scott...~
Well, I worked in the back, and Gomez is right: it is based on traffic. Unfortunately, there are several other places to get Icees in the back. Besides, since it faces away from the train, most people getting off the train would think it was just a shed of some sort.

Just like the other Hot Potato by wicked twister. thats never open neither, proly due to low traffic also.
I meant to try those sandwiches this summer. Unfortunately, I didn't do it in July or August, and then I started my diet where all that breading was awful for me!

This year, I ate fries at this location the Opening Day. It was very good, maybe because I had dreamed to return to the Point since a long time!!! However, it was often closed during my two 6- and 5-day trips in early May and late August.

I'm guessing you meant Mr Potato! Hot Potato is on the main midway! When the crowd is low or staffing is low, they will close locations. Never had the fish sandwich, when I worked there we had spicy wings. Man, were they good!

I think I saw that ICEE stand open more this season than ever before... granted that's still not a whole lot. It's not like it's absolutely needed though. As mentioned before, you can get ICEEs at other places in Frontiertown, and other than pop, that's really the only thing sold at that stand.

Its like that Kettle Corn stand on the frontier trail. I did not see that open during any of my trips this summer.
