I NEED HELP!

This is not directly related to Cedar Point, but about roller coasters, also since there are no PKI/PKD forums around, I thought you all could help: PLEASE??
On the Outer Limits Flight of Fear, I know there are lap bars. But, is there a seat belt also? I saw a picture and it looked like a go-no go saftey system but am not sure... Also I am 6 ft. 1 and am wondering if I am going to have any problems pulling the restraint over my legs. Also, what in the heck is that thing that comes over your foot??? Has anyone ridden it yet?, please let me know.
Thanks alot for your help. :)

For future reference, non-CP topics should be discussed at GTTP's sister site Coasterbuzz.

To answer your quesiton, I'm 6'4" and had no problems with FOF. There is a belt on the outside that clips onto the lapbar. You might have to wiggle a little to get the bar down over your knees, but you shouldn't have any problems. Yes, there's another pad that is at your ankles, but that pad has never been an issue to me.
