I lost my PP and of course, had to pay for parking. CP refunded my parking and generated a new pass for me when I made it up to the ticket window.
Good policy and handling.
I sat on a wet seat on SkyHawk, when I got off the ride it appeared as though I "lost my PP". Guest Services was no help in this situation.
I lost my wallet in June. My PP Pass was in it. The Guest Services asked me my full name, and they gave me a new PP Pass. They said if I ever find my old Pass. Throw it away because it won't work with anything like Parking, Cedar Point, Meal Deal, CP Shores, or any Cedar Fair Parks.
I lost my Marina PP last week along with my parking/dock access card. Who would have thunk those things don't float??

First Cedar Point Visit - 1972
Dockholder-Cedar Point Marina
This was the year training my boys to manage their own passes. Went as well as can be expected for teenage boys with puppy matter still behind the forehead. One or the other lost a pass nearly every visit and fortunately GS was able to make them whole again without the nominal replacement fee as in years past otherwise all their lawn mowing earnings would have been forfeited.
Yesterday was the first visit with no lost passes. Success! Was getting close to breaking down and going the lanyard route with them.
