I'm happy for ya and all but is your topic title meant to make people feel bad?

Instead how about telling us some real info like about the ride and such....

Yeah, you got to ride it, good for you. Could you elaborate or are you just trying to brag?

CP&LE RR 2002

A little piece of paper with a picture drawn, floats on down the street till the wind is gone.
And the memory now is like the picture was then, when the paper's crumpled up, it can't be perfect again.

Jeff, I rode it on Wednesday. Its an awesome rush, a complete surprise when it comes to the launch, and coming back through the station at over 60 mph really gives a thrill, I will have a complete ride report on my site later this weekend..

the topic title was to get attention. if there is anything people would like to know Thay can ask. There is not much to the ride it is like a Sky coaster a rush but not much to explain. The feet choppers on the right side of the train on the reverse spike are insane. and the ride is not as loud aas people were making it out to be. It is VERY cold if there is a wind blowing. If you sit in front be sure to keep your head back or you will get really bad whiplash on the forward spike. Oh and as one camra guy found out the sea gulls are out in force so watch your head. Anything eles you can ask. As for bragging hey you would too.
I thought I saw what looked like a bunch of people standing in front of WT today on the webcam, and occasionally I saw the train up one of the spikes. Perhaps I was watching the making of the commercial ;)

What did you enjoy more, the forward spike or the reverse spike?

Is the launch fairly smooth? I've never been on an impulse coaster, but I've heard it's pretty smooth. Also, if you've been on one of the impulses with a holding brake on the back spike, how does that compare to WT's twisted spike?

"Mean Streak would be better if they replaced the square wheels with round ones."
VertiGo: VertiGone but not forgotten.

The sudden Up and twist at full speed is REALLY fun backwards and sitting in the back. the Launch is VERY smooth It kinda sounds like it is grinding but other than that it is smoothe. The breaking is eaven smoother than to launch. I would be happy to answer any other questions.
Also I would like to say that after going on the ride I would not wait in long lines to go on it but had I not ridden it so many times I would wait but just once it is not really a ride that is really worth waiting to ride over and over it is alot like a flat ride kinda a rush but not much to it.

My friend whos already at the point and has been on Superman also, rode Wicked during the commercial shoot and said it destroyed Superman down the street, even with the lack of the holding break on the reverse spike.

Cheers!

I will not get the pleasure until Sunday, May 5, but I am looking forward to the back spiral the most!

If you're like me and you think Cedar Point should get the B/M Flyer in 2004, give me a "Hell Yeah!"

I'd look forward to the back spike more if we'd be spiraling over the queue and not a sheet of metal ;)

I'm more curious how it stands up to the other impulse coasters out there. Can you compare it all to SFWOA's version?

Where am I now?????

Also, to those who have already been on WT, how hard is it to get in the seats? They look pretty high from the floor in the pictures.

It is a bit hige, however it is not as hard to get in as it may seem. But I am kinda tall I do see how shorter people would have trouble getting in. Also A point to make would be that it you are a little larger aound the middel or have a larg shest you may not be able to ride. I saw a number of people try to get in and not fit .
