There is no hotel from where you can walk to the park, with the exception of Cedar Point's on-peninsula resorts.

mf laps = 100! No More No Less!!
And as much as i would have enjoyed a little jog down the causeway, pedestrians are not allowed on it. You will have to be in/on a motorized vehicle.

By the way, when they say "the entrance to Cedar Point", they mean the peninsula. The whole thing is called Cedar Point. Then there is also Cedar Point Amusement Park.

As a side note: I wouldn't recommend this hotel. My family and I stayed there in '98 on our first visit to CP and had a bad experience. We were in a non-smoking room, but there was a smoking room attached to it. To make a long story short, at about 2AM, a bunch of rowdy drunks and their kids took over that room nextdoor. They were smoking, yelling, and you could here bottles rolling around and stuff. They were also yelling at the kids too. I'm sure it was just unlucky that we got stuck next to some trash, but the front desk did not do anything to correct the situation or compensate us for the inconvenience.

My Experience was no better. The rooms were dirty, the rooms also smelt horrible, so the next day we went to a Holiday Inn. :)
Two Miles!!at least. you beter leave your room at about 7:30:(

Hi, my nake is Josh and I'm addicted to Cedar Point. *** This post was edited by Coasterguy on 5/3/2001. ***
The distance from this hotel to the park is exactly as follows:

Main gate to toll booths + Length of entire causeway all the way out to the Radisson + 50-100 yards.

It would be a nice walk if you were allowed, but it would definitely take over an hour I'd say. Honestly, it's not the way I'd stard my day considering I'm going to rack up a few miles walking around the park. Then you have to walk back! :)
