Hey everyone today I'm headed to the point at 3:30 and I don't know if I will be able to snatch a pass... How does it work? Will thy release an employee every hour? Will tony do a tweet up? Thanks
I'm a Rougarou that doesn't bite, I've been domesticated by Cedar Point
I'd like to know as well. I'm at the park now.

You just have to find them. No set pattern or schedule. It's just when the employees who have them decide to wear them.
Just like the last ride on Maverick in 2007.

R.I.P. Fright Zone, and Cyrus along with it.
I was there from early opening until around 2:00 PM - never did see anyone with a "Last Ride" ticket. I didn't expect to be lucky enough to get one, but I looked all the same.
Got my last stands in anyway - good enough for me.
I never saw anyone with tickets either. I got a button that says I took the last stand. Good enoughI guess.

I was there the whole day, and only saw 2 of them. It was totally random. The guy in the museum said that they sent an email out to all staff saying, whoever wants a pass to give out should come to the marketing department.

Didn't see a single one from noon to seven. Sigh. I suppose they were only on full timers again so I wasted time checking shops? :P
I got there around 12:30 today. I don't know if they were gone by then or not.

We found ours yesterday about 3:00 PM outside the Red Garter Saloon. We arrived at the park about 1:30 PM and started following administrative people as we saw them in the park. We were following a group of three and then they split up. My wife followed one group and I followed another. A short time later my group walked up to a third person and talked a bit. I hung back about ten feet trying to look indiscreet. He looked at his watch and then reached into his pocket and pulled out two passes. I caught a glimpse of the passes and quickly walked forward and as he just settled the lanyards around his neck I said the magic phrase. He looked at me and said “Wow it hasn't even been 15 seconds yet” He asked me about how I had heard about the contest and by that time other people were coming up to inquire. He gave me the passes, I thanked him and was on my way!
We rode about 8:25 PM, received our gift bags and picture. We had a great time looking for the passes. Hope the park does more contests like that in the future, just not for ride closures.
