Managing or Changing A Reservation
If your plans change and you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, simply access our Booking Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to make any changes.

That's where I went to and it pulls up my reservation, shows the calendar but has no option that says "cancel". Just "log out, email itinerary, view tickets and save changes". View tickets just shows the tickets, email itinerary just resends the email with the reservations to my email and I can't figure out how to make changes to save unless I click another date maybe but I don't need a new date, just want to cancel the one I have. The drop down menu doesn't have any cancel options and it's not under the FAQ section either. Gonna have my teen see if he can figure it out. It's a grayed out date too so I'll feel bad if I don't open those spots up for someone else.
