How much money did you spend last year towards CP?

I decided to take a break from accounting and figure this out.

Trips ~70
Food per trip ($7,) $490
Gas Used $262.50

Season Pass w/parking $115
Millennium Mania (4 days) $80

Souvenirs- ($165 total)
Shirts (4) ~ $65
Hats (3)~ $45
Film (#$$@) (2) $20
Other misc. crap I see in my room right now. $40

Total $1,112.50 (worth every penny, except that last one)

Some of the food money would have been spent some place else. For the gas sometimes I was closer to there,  but anyway. Anyone else have estimates?

No bar tabs, please ;).

Is there any X-Cubes or Game Boxes?

Well, including season pass, joe cool club, parking pass, and food the total is.....

$131.00

I'm so proud of myself, only spending $5.00 on food this year, (as you can see in my sig.)

Too much to count.
Most of it came from my perents. But, food and Millennium Mania I paid for. So, somewhere around $500. This year I have to pay for everything since I work ther now. But, all of the money spent at CP is worth it!
I'm not EVEN goign to touch this. I could say.. including hotel rooms and parties with employee's..

I easily hit $4k..

And looking forward to more!!!

I don't like to add up something like the cost issue at CP.  I was there with my family, on a nice summer day, on some great rides.  Whatever the cost was, it was well worth it.

Last year

$ 3,500.00     Gas , Food , Soviners, rentals, Season passes- Joe cool upgrades for 2 people

The most I laid down at 1 time was for 2 of the leather/wool  Millennium force jackets , I think the were about  $ 325.00 each.

admission for all three of us to the park-$117.00

admission to Soak City-$63.00

parking-$12.00

food-approx. $40.00

misc.-approx. 12.00

total-$244.00

I went to CP 3 times last year, but one time I got a free ticket. I would venture a guess at a little under $130.

I'm just like Rob I don't even want to guess.  This past year was my 5th season as being a season pass holder, I would say that in those five years I would have spent well over $10,000 is not pushing 12 or 13k.

I'm impressed - Joe E. Managed to go almost twice as many times as I did, and only spent half as much.

hotel(3 times)-100
souvenirs- 250
picture& keychain of front seat Millie- 18

If you do the math, for me it comes out to $4.62 for every ride on Magnum I've had in the last five seasons!

A little over 3k.  That's pretty cheap for a family of four, considering how many times we go.
Lets see here:

Season Pass $0

Parking Pass $0

Food:Cheaper than you might think

Memories made working there:Priceless

Season Passes/Parking Pass $160.00
15 trips $375.00 gas
Disposable cameras plus some "real" film $100.00
Developing all them CP pics $119.85
NO clue about all the extras:
Pop and/or food (TOO lazy to walk back to truck that was fully stocked :)) MM tiks, hotel rooms the couple of times we stayed over, the CP clothes I just HAD to have (including my pride and joy CP socks) required stops at Hardees in Bucyrus (ok that could have fallen under food)
and of course all the souveniors I just couldnt live without. My moments of pride was when I could walk into the park with $$ in my pocket and come home with that SAME $$ still in my pocket!
This season I anticipate at least another $150.00 on WT stuff I just "have" to have too! Yikes! :)

Interesting note here, season hasnt even started yet and I've already got 1 trip, 1 tank of gas, 3 rolls of film (thanks again Matt! ;)) 3 film developings and 1 extra shirt (thanks WalMart) on my "CP tab" $75.00 already spent! :)

Hey, why not include the bar tab. Bubbles got a lot of my money last year, though I liked the lowered prices. For 2001 I'd say about $3,500. Now, if we count the boating lifestyle part of the CP experience, put that at around $8,000 more for repairs, dockage, etc., etc. Lifetime? Well, I don't even want to think about that. But, it's brought me so much fun and happiness over the years that it's worth every penny. Life is short. Every weekend I spend with vists to CP, Put-In-Bay, boats, wineries, etc. is like therapy. Especially when shared with good friends and loved ones. You can't put a price on that, and it makes getting up in the morning to go to work that much easier. As one of the most famous Roundhouse entertainers says: "Every day above ground is a GOOD day!"
