How many years have You been to Cedar Point

Top this my familt has been to Cedar Point for the last 45 years staight, maybe farther. We always stay at Hotel Breakers. If anyone has a tradition please share it. O yea we always bring an anverage of 25 family members.
I can't top that, but I have been to the park every year since I was 7. I am now 25. Growing up I always went with my Mom and Dad, when I became a teen I went most of the time with friends. Now it is usually me and my fiancee. Sometimes either her mom or my mom will come along, and sometimes both of them come with us.

2006 season pass holder.
Go Pistons!!

My family has been visiting the park for 73 years straight. Going back to grandma and grandpa! The park has a special place in my families heart.
hehe.....i now feel kinda dumb to admit that my first year there was last May. But, ( if this gets me any brownie points) we were planning to go there before Wicked Twister was even built. TTD just happened to be an extra perk that the first year we were going we got to ride the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world! :)
I'm not sure how long (or if at all) GP went, but I know I went there as a small boy back in the '70's...So I can claim 30 years on my own.

I have been going for 11 years.

RAP SUCKS! METAL ONLY!
TTD 120 MPH
420 FEET

I think the first time I went there was probably like... 9 years ago when I was 8. Generally 2 times a year... once with church once with family. Last year I went 3, and this year I am going all out! Season pass and all.

Magnum still rocks.

my third year in a row with a pass. When I was about 10 or 11 I had a pass 2 years in a row. About 40 times a year for the past 3 years
I have been to Cedar Point only a few years. We came to find out about the park through the website for Dorney Park. I think we have been there for the last 6 years (roughley). But we drive right past Hershey Park, which is 20 minuets from our house, to make a 6 hour trip to the point. I have made it there every year since then and I will continue to make it a tradition for as long as my heart can handle it! I have my first grandson coming in the next few weeks, so I know I will make him a coaster fanatic or call him a wussy! We have not been to Herxhey for about 10 years, but I want to try the new ride out soon! *** Edited 6/7/2004 1:11:33 PM UTC by Don Krasley***

I've spent over eleven summers working at Cedar Point as a seasonal employee. Almost half of my entire life. Pathetic. :)

Since my grandmother is passed away, I can't really tell you how long my "family" has been going to CP. They used to take a ferry.

Personally, I've been gonig to CP since 1966. That's 38 years for you folks who can't add.

I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead

My family and I have been going since the early 70's. We have had season passes for the last 7 years.
I went to CP for the first time last year. Going back next year. Can't wait.

My grandpa on my mom's side grew up in Sandusky and went to Cedar Point since I don't know when - he probably started as young kid in the thirties.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Cedar Point has been a tradition with my family since 1963....miss only being able to get to frontiertown by sky ride or train!!

does anyone know how long it takes MF to get to the top of the first hill...$500,000,000 bet with my wife!

I went as a kid or teen in the late sixties for a few years, been going with my own family since '87. My mother and father went to Cedar Point as part of their Cleveland, Ohio honeymoon (war time rations I guess).
Started going in 1999. Kinda funny how it started that my friend and I were going to Holiday World, an hour drive, then we decided on Kentucky Kingdom, a two hour drive, then Kings Island, a four hour drive and I said "What the heck - we might as well drive eight hours and go to Cedar Point!" I have been back every year since except the year I was pregnant. My doctor said "No you really can't ride coasters when you are pregnant" so I didn't see any use in going.

13 seconds is how long it takes to get to the top of Millenium Force.
