How many sections of track...

In another topic, somebody was saying how the launch pieces of track were labeled T-1 all upto T-14, and so on...

Wasn't there a shipping invoice that said T-452?

If this is the case, that means we can expect 452 pieces of track...

However, that is a lot of track, and for a L-TH-B, that seems a little excessive - especially considering that each piece of track is atleast 10 feet (probably more) long.

Just a possibility.. but how many pieces of track do you think there will be?

The T-452 has nothing to do with anything like height or track, its just some code number there was one on MF's track too.

T-452 is the project number. Every coaster/ride Intamin makes is numbered. This one happens to be 452.

FYI - Millennium Force was T-411
and that t-452 i saw on the shipping slip for those silver supports
Does anyone know the number of pieces still left in the parking lot ?
How many pieces did MF have? Was it anywhere near...oh let's say, 411? If it had 411 pieces then maybe this will have 452. But it doesn't look like this is going to have anywhere near that many so maybe it is just a project number.

Integra - Geez, stop trying to "read" something into the number 452. Didn't Gravity explain it clearly enough! It is JUST the Intimin Project number.

This topic should be closed.

ok so again does anyone know how many pieces of track are on sight and not assembled yet
They only use the part numbers so they know were all the parts go, and what connects to what. For instance:

This peice of track is part number B-17. I assume that it's the 17th part of the brake run. The launch peices are probably the only T's.

:edit: http://www.setecx.com/pics/cp101202const/imagepages/PICT0152.html This is a picture of a twisted peice, S-28.

Now I think the launch is T, the tophat is S, and the brakes are B.

Even if that was true if every section was 20 ft long you would have the longest coaster in the world.
