How is HalloWeekends this year?

This year will be my first time I ever go to HalloWeekends, so I'm pretty excited. I also wanted a little insight about the haunted houses.

Has this year been better or worse than previous years? Have the haunted houses been pretty cool? Which houses shouldn't be missed, which aren't that good? What do think of the over all HalloWeekeds this year?

We won't know till Friday which is the first halloweekend :) The past weekend was just the semi halloweekends. There dose appear to be more scenery out then last year however.

I wish I could join you! Anyone know of good airfare deals (REALLY good ones) to Cleveland? I've found one that's $207, but that's still stretching our budget for two people (teachers) and one weekend.

You don't want to miss the haunted attraction: The Toxic Tunnel of Terror. It is simply the best and usually has the longest line.

I thought that the first weekend of the event was last weekend, oh well.

Tomorrow!!! I Finally get to ride VertiGo!!

It's my first time since July, I can't wait!!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this will be my first opportunity to ride VertiGo. I hope that one of the people I go with will try it out...

I'l be going on October 20th. The haunted houses I plan on seeing is Undertaker University, Pharoh's Secret, Toxic Tunnel of Terror....and do they have Eerie Manor anymore? The only one I have been in was Cedar Point Cemetary a few years back. I plan on riding my favorite collection of coasters of course! :)

In another thread I heard that the fog was pretty thick on the trail...about where does the fog begin and end on the trail?

The "Fright Zone" starts at the Millennium Force tunnel and ends at the huge skull near the Pet Farm. It is really cool!

but the fog seems to cover the entire park. I was hoping to see it all from MF, but I didn't get on until about 12:15, and they had shut all of the fog machines off, and I didn't get to see. I will say, if you've read Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart," be sure to catch the Tale of Terror. It is VERY good!

Actually Aaron didn't perform at the first Halloweekends. So while this is the fifth one, it's only his fourth.
