How have the crowds been this week?

I am going next week and just wondering what the waits have been this week? Thanks.

I drive charter buses, and yesterday (8-24-11) was our last "Cedar Point Fun Run Trip" and it was a slow day in the park. 5 Tour buses total, that I saw. Not to sure if the weather did hold alot of people, it was 20 mph winds and supposed to be strong storms, but turned out to be a very nice day. One of the guys that went on the trip rode dragster 5 times, if that helps you out.

I went to the park for the first time yesterday and today. It was not really bad at all. I had a great time and got on all the important stuff yesterday.

Its been discussed on here many times before. When you see shorter operating hours, the crowds are lower. CP doesn't reduce operating hours when the park is full. With Ohio schools back in session, next week would be a great time to visit. Next week would be much better than a Saturday during Halloweekends.

I'm planning on going Monday. Hopefully the schools being back in session will help reduce the crowds. We went on Monday the 8th of August and it was very busy, so I'm sure this trip will be much better.
