How far up the beach or parking lot can they build a future ride on?

I was just looking at an aerial view of the park and was curious how far onto the beach and or parking lot they could potentially build a new coaster on... It looks like plenty of space for something huge if they wanted to utilize that area...

Why not put it in the lake? ;)
