Hours In May

I know this has to be a pretty general question, but I can't seem to find out anywhere. Cedar Point has their opening day sometime in mid-May I heard. I was just wondering if anyone knows when they usually open for the start of the season and what days they are open in May. Only June, July, August, September and October are listed on their site. Thanks.

Obviously this is a complete guess on my part, but based on previous openings in recent years I would say look at Sunday, May 11th. As for hours for the rest of the month, those seem to differ each year...so that's anyone's guess.

Sunday, May 11th or possibly even Sunday, May 4th. This year it opened Sunday the 5th. However, in 2000 when MF opened, there were a lot of events before Opening Day such as Media Day, AAA Day, Longaberger Day, commercial shoot, etc, and it didn't open until Saturday May 13th I believe. This might happen next year with the giant new ride.

Of course this was pretty much the same deal this year with WT (minus AAA Day), so who knows.
