2 questions:
1. The are 3 entrances, correct? Which is closest to MF? And how do I get there? (If it involves Perimeter Road, see the next question.)
2. Where exactly IS perimeter road? How do I get onto it? Where does it go?
Some of these questions seem dumb, but I need to know.
Thanks in advance

At the turn of the Millennium, there were signs. Was the something out there?... A mysterious force at work? Beyond words. Beyond comprehension. Beyond, beyond beyond… A natural force simply known as, Millennium Force. The future is riding on it.…
1) Not sure. Just call and ask.
2) There is one by the marina, there is one in the front and there is one in the back by Soak City. Those are the ones that you can buy tickets at. If you want to go to TGI Fridays then, there is an exit by Ocean Motion but you can't buy tickets there. That leads the beach by Wicked Twister.
3) Perimeter Road is the road that you go on to go to Soak City. That is the only way to get to Soak City by vehicle. There is no walking allowed on Perimeter Road. You get on to it by going straight though when you go through the toll booth that farthest to the left. The only place that it leads to is Soak City, Camper Village, and the Breakers Hotel.
Hope that I could help. If there is anything else that you want to know, don't be afraid to ask.

2005-???????Guess where??????
2004- Wicked Twister, Raptor, My beautiful Millennium Force, Mine Ride, GCA, Magnum, Power Tower, and TTD
Thank you SO much! Now I have all my answers. And if you like my sig, you are FREE to take it! I wish it could be longer, but that's the max the site will let me do without going crazy. I have a full transcript of that promo if you want it.
EDIT: Wait a tic, where is the "marina entrance"? Is it closer to MF than the Soak City one? How do I get there?

As you follow around Perimeter Road the marina is on your left as you are passing Blue Streak. Right next to the Good Time theater (formerly the Imax) is the Marina entrance (to the park). So, if you exit the park from the Marina Entrance and cross perimeter road, you will reach the marina which is where Famous Dave's is located.
The road follows the perimeter of the penninsula all the way back to Mean Streak, before cutting between MS and Light House Point. It then cuts down between Gemini and Soak City and under Magnum to reach the Hotel Breakers. Just stay to your left coming through the toll booths.

People may have answered these, but oh well.
1. There are four entrances, three with admission sales. One is at the front of the park, the second near Good Times Theatre, and the third near Magnum. The fourth is next to Ocean Motion that will give you access to the boardwalk and beach. The closest one to Millennium Force is the Marina Gate (near Good Times Theatre). Go to the parking booth on the furthest left, and ask to park in the Marina lot (usually you can). The road you travel on IS Perimeter Road.
2. Perimeter Road is the road surrounding the park, leading from the parking gate all the way back to the Hotel Breakers (wrapping around the back of the park). See #1 for how to get onto it.
Hope that helps.

Cedar Point has four entrances. The Marina Entrance is the closest to Millennium Force.
Order a brochure from Cedar Point. It has all of the information you'll need.

Here's a question none of you will probably know the answer to (I sent an email to CP) on the rate sheet (1st link at bottom) there is a room with two doubles, but on the website (2nd link) when you check availability there is no such room (and there's no way its already booked up). Anyone know why?

Since Ive worked in the Reservations Office at CP this is what i would suspect. The HR2D's (rooms with two double beds) are located in the lovely Bon Aire section of HB. Those rooms are not equipped with heating. Although the room is listed for the summer season, that section of the hotel is not opened in the early part of the season due to no heating. They adjust the rate of the HR2Q's to $170 .00 to compensate. Youre much better off staying in the tower or in east. Bon Aire is just that... Bon Aire.
Also keep this in mind... The HR2D's fill quickly because once they are available they are almost 100 dollars cheaper. I know if I was going to CP i would just pay for the R2D... Same hotel afterall.

We reserved an HS2Q. It's located in Breakers East.
Suite, 2 Queen Beds, Sofa Bed, Lake View
Can you point out in this picture where it's at on Breakers East?

I would guess two levels down from where the lower arrow to "Breakers East" is pointing. Not sure, though.

Youll be in the rooms that are near the top arrow that says 'breakers east'. If i were you i would request the first floor, its very popular.
How do I request the first floor? Do I call the Reservation Center?

That would be the logical thing to do.

Lol. Alright, I'll call them today and see if I can request the first floor.

Another q: I want to wait to reserve a room. Would you expect the HNR2Qs (non-veiw) to fill up for the opening weekend? And also, does non-veiw mean NO WINDOW or just no view of the lake? I'd rather have a veiw of some coasters! *** Edited 3/30/2005 2:51:28 AM UTC by MForce310***

All rooms at HB have windows. Just depends what you want to see while looking out of them.

Hahaha, i remember opening day last year and they were cutting prices of the rooms like nobodies business. HB wont be sold out opening weekend. While it took me a while to understand this, Cedar Points Room types are very easy to understand...
The first letter is the hotel - Hotel Breakers 'H', Sandcastle 'S', Breakers Express 'X' Lighthouse Point 'L' and Camper Vill. 'C'
If it is followed by a second letter 'N' it is non smoking
If there is no N, it is smoking
The next letter describes if the room is a Room "R" or Suite "S"
The 4th letter describes how many and what type of bedding.
1K - 1 King
2Q - 2 Queens
2D - 2 Doubles
If there is a fifth letter a "P" or an "L" this means either, pool and lake view, or Lakeview only.
I really enjoyed working in the Hotel Breakers, its full of that 'old world' charm. Yeah its a little expensive, but its not every day you get to look at the gorgeous rotunda. And also, if you play your cards right and go on the right days you can upgrade to the package for a dollar ;)
And finally... the one thing i will take away from CP is....
that an HNR2Q is 230.00 and after 12% tax thats 257.60...
