The months are really starting to move and i find myself scrambling to get ready for my july 4th trip to CP i book a room at the 'Americas best value inn' in sandusky on hotels.com, does anyone know the room conditions or if anyone had stayed there personally PM me or respond on here thanks for the help. CANT WAIT TILL JULY 2ND
I've never made it all the way out there to see what that hotel's like. It's about a 15 minute drive to the park from there.

^ Why would you respond to a question simply to say you don't know the answer? Seems like a waste of time to me.
I stayed there when it was still a Ramada; it's a pretty standard Comfort Inn-type place. Clean enough for a few days and basic amenities. The restruant there was pretty good if I remember correctly.
Girl: "l want to ride that yellow one again... Twisted Wicker"
Me: "It's a roller coaster, not a broken clothes hamper."
im going from july 2nd to the 6th..another question does had anyone purchased the experience the point book... i ordered it in hopes of finding some money saving tips and also for more general knowledge of the park...did i waste my money or is it worth it
If its the book I'm thinking of....I think you did. I haven't read it, but from what I heard, it doesn't tell you anything you can't find here or on the CP websit.
Goodbye MrScott

Because I was still able to give him some useful information on how long of a drive it was from that particular section of town.
If you're so worried about wasting time, why'd you spend it replying to a post that you feel shouldn't have been there in the first place?

I've always liked The Hampton Inn at 11600 Milan Road. It is right off of Exit 118 on the Turnpike. I've stayed there the past two trips and the stay has been great and breakfast there is awesome too. Pretty decent rates also.
The Super 8 Sandusky North is great. I've stayed there twice and had great experiences both times. It's about $60/night for a room with two double beds and they have a nice contenential breakfast with fruit, toast, cereal, doughnuts, juice, coffee, etc. Try it out.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
