Do the hotel rates in the Sandusky area drop closer to the date of arrival. I'm looking to go to CP the weekend of Aug 5th and even the dive hotels seem to have rates over $100.
Anyone have experience with getting a better deal?
I am going around the same time, and I am staying at the Breakers which was around the same price as the other hotels in the area for our room.
I consider that a good deal seeing as I'll be right there are. As far as lower prices, I don't see it happening, especially on a weekend!
