Hotel near the point

I have never stayed anywhere other than breakers because i have stayed for a week at a time. I am thinking about coming up the 30th for the night to the 1st. I am looking for a cheap hotel that is on route 6 or in the vicinity that possibly has a shuttle so i dont have to pay for parking. if someone can enlighten me cause the travel sites offer jack nothing.

Comfort Inn (not the one closest to the park) was OK. Clean enough with a nice pool & has a shuttle. Has a decent free breakfast where you make your own fresh waffles. Just don't take a cooler on the shuttle with you.
