Hotel Breakers question

Every year i go to Cedar Point i usually take the cheaper way out and stay at Breakers Express. I have never had a bad experience there. The only thing is driving to the point. This year i plan on staying on property so I'm going to book a room at Hotel Breakers.

The question i have is...do they offer package deals at Breakers like they do for B. E.? I have checked out all the rates online and have found package deals at BE bit not for Breakers. I wasn't sure if maybe the rates for package deals weren't posted for this hotel yet. I've actually done the math and it seems to only cost $5 more to stay at Breakers and buy my tickets than to stay at BE and get a package deal. That's not counting the "discount" Breakers has for adult tickets at the desk. Does anyone know if they come out with package deals for Breakers or don't they have them? I plan on making my trip about June 30 - July 3. I haven't finalized my plans totally.

In past years they offered package deals with all there properties. Even Camper Village. They may not this year, but they always did in the past.

There should be deals in the 2008 Getaway Guide. Request one online at the CP website.

Typically, the on-point hotels only offer packages in the shoulder seasons but not during the summer peak. I have seen packages offered at Breakers in peak summer but as a last minute (less than a month out) offer due to what I assume was slow bookings.

I just seen another post someone posted about the getaway guides. Although the guide was from 2007 i noticed that the Breakers packages usually run from opening day till around the end of June. Since my trip is at the very end of June though the beginning of July, I guess there will more than likely be no package deals offered at that time. As i said in my last post though the cost of just buying the tickets won't be very much more than just buying a package deal at BE.

The only thing i really don't know about now is how much cheaper it will be to buy the tickets at Breakers rather than going to the park to buy them. They say they have discounted adult tickets available at the front desk. But how much are they discounted?
