Hot Summer Lights

Dont know if this has been discused,but is CP planning on the hot summer lights shows everynight during the summer?

According to the Cedar Point website, the show is scheduled to run every night at 10:00 PM June 1st thru August 19th.

Agreed... Last years show (even the 'revised' version) demonstrated a definite lack of energy... if they had kept the lasers and added the 'firewater' and extra screens that would have been good but the 'firewater' alone just dosent do it for me... (or a lot of other people appearantly...)

We saw Hot Summers Lights friday. It is similar to last year. The highlight for me was "Live and Let Die" which I don't remember from last year. It's a good song for explosives. They seem to use the flames more this year. They had "Cleveland Rocks" but, I don't remember a song for Detroit which was "House of Blue Lights" last year as I remember. Not really a good choice for a Detroit song IMO. They still salute OSU, UM and ND. "God bless the USA" and "God Bless America" finish the show.

Did they still have that annoying animated bird thing synced to "I don't know where I'm a gonna go"?

I guess that I'm not going to waste my time either. They really should fix this show or at least bring back the lasers, which was what made it good before.
