Honda day?

Looking over the C.P. calendar for the 2000 season, I noticed that the Saturday after Labor day is still open to the general public. In years past, that first Saturday would be a private event for Honda employees and their guests.

Is that operating calendar still subject to change? Or is Honda not willing to shell out the extra big bucks that they would have to pay because of MF? Or is C.P. not giving Honda the option of renting out the park for a day because of MF?

I don't think they'll bend once the calendar is public. If they did that, they would lose their "closed as advertised" line they use for buy-outs.
