While walking through the park today I noticed piles of wood in some interesting places. The first place was within the Gemini's structure. The second, to the left of the CP&LE Railroad before Bonetown. The use for this wood that I could think of was for replacement of old beams on Gemini and MS. But isn't it a little late to do that?
My other thought, the wood might be for next year. Hint, hint. :)

They replace stuff all season.. if you look at the stuff at Gemini it's some of the larger support beams they use. Same size.. same color (wood type)..
There is a stack in the in-field of MS too, again it matches the MS.
The train stuff, they replaced a bunch of split ties this spring.. I wouldn't be looking into it too much..
