I say go for it. Try not to freak out on it. If you do, get in line and ride it again. The second time is the charm.

Seriously, if you closed your eyes, there's no way you'd ever know you're upside-down. The forces actually hold you in. I don't know why people will ride a coaster that's trying to throw you out but won't go upside-down. But what do I know.
