Help with old Souvenir Book...

I was at the Erie Street Market in Toledo today and found a postcard/sovenier picture book from Cedar Point. It has 18 pictures of various scenes from around the park. The only rides pictured are The Cyclone Racer, Noah's Ark, a Ferris Wheel and a Merry-go-Round. According to writing on it it is from 1938.
