Alright, if your read this please respond by answering these two questions.

Thankyou~CPprincess

Before I rode Millennium Force I had to be drugged and dead. Luckily I got talked into riding and not drugged. :)

After riding Millennium Force  - BRING THEM ON!!! :) :) :)

Mill Force - 25 laps (1 lap in a cold light snow 10-27-2001)
Magnum - 15
Gotta love that airtime on Blue Streak...

Ivan, without a doubt, Millenium Force was the reason why I bought my season pass for this past year. I always made it to The Point every summer, but with that ride, wow.....I just went crazy. And here I am, 70 laps later, and missing it like crazy.  I get my work schedule, and I'm like "Cool, I'm off on Sunday...."  then i realize the park is closed.  Its gonna be a long cold winter.
Before MF - life was "normal".

After MF - See "Withdrawl Symptoms" thread.

Shootin' for 10,000! :)

oh my God i created a monster...what have i DONE?? hehehe.

ok...before MF i saw coasters as a great pastime with lots of fun and thrills and just your normal feelings about 'em. loved them like crazy and my trips toparks were ALWAYS well-anticipated.

AFTER MF...well, now i look at coasters and i can't HELP but compare them to MF. i mean, Magnum has become a WARM-UP for MF and i NEVER thought i would feel that way. still LOVE Maggie to death, mind you, but MF is, well,  LIFE-CHANGING. the speed and the power and the sheer intensity is just addicting.

when Ron says that only U2 can come close to Millie, well, he ain't kidding!! but that only happens every four years or so, so the withdrawl from that is a slow build because you don't know WHEN it's gonna kick in. you just don't know when they're coming back.

but MF is ALWAYS there now. waiting and calling... and the withdrawl pains are worse this year than last year...so MF changed my view of coasters immensely. not much can compare to her these days...

U2 + MF= ELEVATION BABY!!!!

Before MF, I was addicted to roller coasters.  After MF, I'm addicted to roller coasters.

That's right.  To me MF was "just" another coaster, not some big life-changing event ;)

Before Millennium Force, I always used to just stare at Maggie and keep saying "Wow that's tall":) I always thought that a bigger coaster would rise, but not nearly as tall as Millie. After Millennium Force, I just think about how great CP is and Its like another part of a great day at cedar Point!

CEDAR POINT YES, SIX FLAGS NO! GOD BLESS AMERICA, THE RED, WHITE, AND BLUE! Vertigo Launches 71

Before MF- Hated rollercoatsers thought they were deadly

After MF- Brang on any coaster, got an obsession and have major withdrawls even though "Omg, you just went to Cedar Point last week!" (pfff)

That's the way that i felt after riding the magnum.  The first time I ever went ther I got obsessed.  For months I always thought that It was just me.  Untill I found GTTP.  Anyways, thanks everybody for helping me.  It's for a research project in school and now that I have some enthusiasts inputs (besides myself. he he), this papers gonna work out great.~CPprincess

My sentiments exactly Greg-well said! :)

The one thing I have noticed that MF has done is taken away the "thrill" or "impression" moment from the top of ANY coaster. During that "hang factor" on some of the bigger coasters, ie: SOB, Nitro, I always think "ya know, under normal circumstances this would scare me but this is NOTHING compared to MF"

Before MF: my exact words to my friends before I went, "I am NOT going on Millennium Force!"

After MF: Search around July-ish thread called "addiction"... yeah, it's kinda like that. I now doodle the MF logo on all my school papers. MF was the first coaster I went on that day, and afterwords, I felt invincible. I would go on all the coasters and say, "I've already been on Millennium Force, I can take this."

It made me the enthusiast I am today...lol that sounds so corny.
I was a coaster junkie pre-MF, and i still am post-MF.  it just made me wish the ride was longer.  im thinking of taking a couple of weeks and hit as many parks as i can this summer...

After MF still wondering.

Millie is great, but I would rather ride Maggie.I like the hills better.
Even in the back seat of the red train.
