Help Please

Hello Everyone...As most of you know by reading my previous posts, I live in Southeastern Michigan....My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to the point on June 1st and I have heard rumors about construction and road closings on I-75 south coming from Michigan and heading for the turnpike...Is this true and are their roads closed that will prevent me from getting to the turnpike? If this is true, then could someone please tell me an easy and quick way to get to the turnpike from where I'm coming from if I-75 won't do it for me? Thanks

I drove down from Plymouth on Opening Day. There was no construction on I-275, or I-75 up to 280. There was some construction on 280, but not enough to hamper us. We don't go the turnpike route, so I can't say for sure how 280 is between Route 2 (Oregon) and the turnpike.

While you may not run into much traffic on I-75... keep in mind that they are still working on widening highway 250 from the turnpike up to Sandusky.
