Help on inexpensive hotels in Sandusky

I'm looking for the most inexpensive lodging I could find in Sandusky for a single night (a sunday in May), Just looking for the names of a few cheaper places in town.

Just bid a realistic price. I have gotten bids of less than half price accepted before, so its worth a shot since these guys can save you some serious money.

Here is a hotel I often stay at:

Rooms are a bit small, but very nice and the owner (Joe) is great guy. Rates had been real low, but sometimes they do approach the market rates.

There was this other hotel I stayed at once (Sunrise -I think) that was a little further out. (7-8 miles from CP.) The rates were real low, but the rooms were a tad on the nasty side. I won't be staying there again.

The Seacrest Motel on Columbus is about a 5-10 minute drive away......definitely no frills, but the owner is very nice and rates are low. www.seacrestmotel.com.
I've stayed there every year since 1989. I believe there is a discount for Sunday stays--25 % off with a coupon.

I was just in Sandusky today, and I was looking around and noticed they have a lot of the name-brand hotel chains there. So just do a little search of the big hotel chains and you'll do fine.
