Has Anyone Recieved Their Getaway Guide?

Hey,
Has anyone who ordered by calling 1-800-BEST-FUN recieved their CP Getaway Guide? I ordered mine just over two weeks ago (when it was first posted here that they were available) and I haven't gotten it yet. Just wondering if I'm the only one or are they just being a bit slow. Thanks!

I ordered my guide 17 days ago, and I haven't recieved it yet. I'm starting to get ticked too.
