Happy 4th of July everyone!

Well, it looks like my first post back at this site in a year is to say Happy fourth to everyone here, the newbies since late 2001, and the old friends of mine from '99! We sure have stayed strong in our love of CP, through the Terror attacks and the VertiGo collapse. So again, happy fourth of July, and keep on riding everyone!!

Happy fourth of July everyone! I wish I could be at CP for it, but I'll make due here. Saw some fireworks last night and I will be going again tonight after I go to a party at the boss's house! ;)

Happy 4th of July to all!!! Wish I could be at the Point for their show, but I'll have to make due with my fireworks here--was kind of nice buying some for the holiday when I was in Ohio last week. We cannot buy any out here--everything's illegal, even sparklers!

Again, Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th

Well another year has flown by since the last July 4th and here we are. I must say that I am so happy to see the renewed sense of patriotism in our country since 9/11. (I just wish it didn't take a barbaric act to jolt some people into feeling good about the Red, White, and Blue.) I have to sit back and ponder on a lot of thoughts every year on this day and to be quite honest, it feels like another Thanksgiving Day to me. I think to myself, "I'm thankfull that I live in a country where I am free to voice my opinions.", or "I'm thankfull that I can move about freely without military rule or without constant fear". Just a couple of examples mind you; the list definitely goes on! So having rambled on and on now, and having invoked my right to freedom of speach here on GTTP, I want to wish America a very Happy Birthday and to give thanks to all those who put their time and effort in on this great site.

God Bless The United States of America.

Happy 4th of July. No fireworks this year, way too dangerous. Instead, we get lasers. Weird.

So what did everybody do yesterday?

My parents and I had fun at a family friends' house. They have a huge pond that I swam in for hours. Their son & friends were setting off some fireworks.

Cedar Point, the cure for the Summertime blues!

We shot off our fireworks and had our neighbors join us. It was a thrill for my daughter and her friends who have never used sparklers!

I hope everyone had a great holiday. I was at the "quaint little drinking village that has a fishing problem" - Put-In-Bay.

It's very hard to drink all day...
Unless you start first thing in the morning.

Happy 4th to all...now lets get together and STOP THE WAR ON TERROR! Let Peace Reign!

I was at Cedar Point for the 4th and the fireworks were good this year as they always have been...although they did pause for a minute before finishing because I believe the winds were getting to strong and blowing some sparks towards the park...but it was overall a great day...quite hot though...I actually saw the board after getting my hand stamped and it said 104 degrees around 1:00 p.m...then we got rain dumped on us...but it was a good showing for the 4th...lots of patriotism the entire day and I always love CP on the 4th...God bless everyone...
