If the launch operator doesn't do the reving sounds, is there a default? I seem to remember hearing a similar pattern on multiple rides.

Also: I put my arms up as soon as it launches.

I havent ridden TTD yet but, I'm putting my arms up no matter what once the countdown begins!!!!!!!

I started arms up at the top first rides I took, how can you not? Then last time I rode (with a half hour wait on a Sunday) I let go right after the launch began. It was more intese going up for sure. GREAT RIDE!

I rode TTD twice, first time with arms up on the way down from the tophat, second time with arms up as soon as the ride launched.

"Arms up, head back, and let go!"

The only thing I hate about people putting their arms up is the fact that it blocks others pictures and when (earlier in the year) people would wait upwards of 3-4 hours and then they are blocked out of the picture I think that is just rude. but with the wait time down now I say if you want your picture just sit in the front seat.

Yeah, I had my hands out and foreward... It has no discomfort, but one ride I had my hands vertical, and there was a pain in my shoulders, i suggest locking your arms in a outward position just to be safe ;)

I think they want you to put your arms down because for people with long arms their elbow might go over the restraint and get a broken arm. My elbows when over and I put my hands up just as soon as I got to the top and into the brakes.
