Remember that there are people on here that have never gone to Halloweekends Captain Hawkeye. This will be my first trip in the Fall and cannot wait to hear some details.
But you knew they existed, hence no need to advertise--which was my original point. :winkie with halo:
This Isn't A Hospital--It's An Insane Asylum!
I'm also hoping for some new skeleton key rooms! From my experience, the last two years have been similar, if not the same. Last year I don't believe there was one for Hexed so it sounds like that will be added back on. Changing up the rooms would be a smart move, some of them were pretty lame to be honest but I did get a few good laughs out of them. Ideally, I'd love to at least see a new theme or two for the outdoor zones. Fear-y tales was pretty bad last year, and I've never been too impressed by Blood on the Bayou or Tombstone Terror-tory. New haunts definitely aren't necessary, but I'm really hoping for updates and improvements! I think a lot of guests are looking for a bit scarier, more intense haunts like they did with slaughterhouse.
That is true. No advertisement needed here but I'm anxious to hear details, I've tried not to read much about past years so that it will be more of a surprise, just want to plan correctly.
The haunt website is now up! It says there will be 5 new skeleton key rooms along the frontier trail which seems interesting..can't wait to see what they're planning!
Last Tuesday we were walking along Frontier Trail when the wonderful aroma from the farm animal area wafted our way. It was super ripe that day. As I looked that way I noticed a large sign: "Slaughter-House". Convenient placement of the haunt or coincidence?
mmmmmmm bacon!

My wife and I were just talking about how much we miss the Trio of Terror stories when we were talking about our Halloweekends trip for this year.
This is one of our groups most missed things for Hallo-weekends. It was always a place to visit, was great when it was at the back of the Glass House.
