Halloweekends Question

Hello all, I hope this question hasnt been asked before, Ive searched somewhat to try and find it and I couldn't. My friends and I are planning another 8 hour drive to the point sometime in the next couple months and are considering going during Halloweekends. The website says limited ride availablity. Does this mean some of the bigger coasters wont be operating, or the water rides or something. We went in May and the MF wasnt operating, so we'd hate to drive that far again and some of the bigger coasters not be working, if at all avoidable. Thanks in advance.

The limited rides are only on Friday night. If you're going on Saturday or Sunday, the entire park is open.

Last year, on Fridays only the Main Midway, Wicked Twister Midway, Frontier Trail and a small portion of Frontiertown were open. Top Thrill Dragsterā„¢, Millennium Forceā„¢, maXair and Magnum were open.

Friday nights are a pretty good time to go and hit the bigger rides. Usually the crowds aren't too bad, and a lot of the people who are there are there for the Halloween attractions.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

I've never been on a Friday, but Saturdays during Halloweekends are mobbed, so I wouldn't save all of you coaster riding for one day (If you wanted to do most of the rides). Thunder Canyon will not be open as it is turned into Werewolf Canyon (a subpar haunted attraction in my opinion that has outrageous lines). I do believe Snake River Falls is open, but I can't give you a definate answer on that.

I believe Snake River Falls will only open if the temperature is atleast 60 degrees, or somewhere along that line.

Snake River Falls always looks like its running on even the coldest days I've been there. (mid-50's) Of course, they only had one boat that was cycling, and it was empty 90% of the time.

I have seen it not open because it was too cold, I just don't know what the temperature range is.

Yeah, I remember one year I went and it was great because the temp was just right. It was like in the 60's-70's all day and at night it got in the lower 50's at like 6pm and they closed all the water rides. I like the weather in the 50's, 60's, & 70's,

Did WWL close for weather?

It was very cold on its last days. I was one of those crazy people who went on it at night. Good times! :(

White Water Landing did not, I believe... but you also did not get very wet.
