I am so back and forth about going to this halloweekends event at cedar point! It looks and sounds like a lot of fun. But, is it worth the money? If I'd go it would be Saturday open to close. would I even get to do my money's worth of rides and haunted houses? Any help would be appreciated. Like I said, I really want to go... But don't want to be disappointed

You ask questions only you can answer. Given your mere existence on this board says you like CP, I would say yes, go.
Mere experience on the board. Lol. Well thanks for taking the time to answer. These tickets are pricey! Just hoping Its worth it!
Daily pricing isn't an issue for me becuase I have a season pass. Last year I looked into just getting into one of those haunted houses at the mall and it would have cost a ridiculous amount for my family considering you wait in line and then only go through once. Think about what you would normally spend that money on and if it's something you can do without I would recommend going to Halloweekends. It's hard to say whether you'll get your money's worth because I don't know how busy it will be last weekend and how much you feel you need to get into one day for it to be worth it to you personally.
Look at it this way...
1) Assume it will be cold with spotty rain possible
2) Assume crowds will be big and waits will be relatively long
If you can handle those, weighed against the price you're paying, then go, because I really think you only need to worry about #1. Even if it is crowded, the open walk-through haunts (faire, bayou, cove, screamworks) very rarely ever have a long wait.
Since this is the final weekend for the 2013 Halloweekends season, you'd have to wait a whole year before you could experience the most awesome amusement park in the world! Don't miss out, come join the fun, and if you can, buy a Fastlane, so you can ride more and wait less. Also you can buy a Frightlane for the haunted houses, so you can visit all of them. Just sayin, if you're able to get them. Visit CedarPoint.com for more details on Fastlane and Frightlane.

Cold and rainy weather usually keeps crowds away, but with this being closing weekend, there may be less of an effect.
If you want to get a Fast Lane, don't buy it until you get there. I'd hate for you to buy it if you really didn't need it.
Don't get too excited, Fright Lane is $70 a person, and you can only use it once for each of the 5 mazes. Fast Lane, however, is a mere $15 more (on Sat) and is insanely more valuable, if you had to choose one or the other.
Of course that's my perception of value. Yours may differ.
For what it's worth, you can expect to pay generally $20-30 for one stand alone haunt somewhere. At CP, you get 10 haunts on Friday and Saturday (4 on Sunday), plus shows, rides, and the cool atmosphere of the park. I'd say CP's prices are a pretty good deal in comparison.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
"UM" okay. Just misread I guess. But "UM" it happens. ;) man saying "UM" makes me sound really intelligent don't you think?! ;)
Thanks for your help
Man harsh peeps! I guess misreading something constitutes as me not being able to do math. Man.. But throwing "um" in a sentence? Love the intelligent dialect right there! I'm guessing that was intentional ;)
At least with the mistake you might have gone in thinking it's $95 and be pleasantly surprised when it's $85.
