I do have to say the one thing I really don't care for and I think is rather stupid are all of the cars with creatures from the movies in them. They're between Iron Dragon and Wildcat. I think that's just very random and very cheesy.
It's a Drive-In... get it? I didn't think so. That area would be so much better if they showed old horror movies on the giant screen, like Dracula or Frankenstein or the Mummy. Cut the spooky music and play the sound while showing them over and over.

Werewolf Canyon: it's a lot like shopping for a christmas tree. Only, with werewolves.

Thanks tambo, I didn't get it! :) Me and my friends were just like "what is this?!" It would be better if they were playing old horror movies, that object projected on the screen is dumb, maybe you can tell me what that's supposed to be! ;) Thanks! :)

Hotel Breakers Desk staff - 2002
Only a few more weekends left at the Breakers - 2003 :(
Finally a shoeless Raptor rider! :)
The Halloweekend theming used to feel eerie and impressed me. This year, some of it's okay, but other things appear cheap. Like the giant blow-up pumpkin....it's cute I guess, but takes away from the eerie atmosphere.
Maybe parents complained Halloweekends weren't kid-friendly, so CP segregated the park into adult area (Frontier Trail and beyond), and kiddy-area. (Area before Frontier Trail).
What happened to the haunted train, the fun-to-watch, candy station Antique Cars, the dancing characters roaming the front of the park, and so on. These things made the environment much more fun.
Hence: the main reason why the cabin is sitting there. Hence: a Halloweekends display.

Race For The Sky!
I don't think it matters whether the month is August or October; if it's sunny & 72 degrees on a Saturday, the crowds will come.
And I agree that Disaster Transport seems more exciting lately. The dark parts seem darker, & the lighting for the exploding "Reactor" seems more intense.
