Halloweekend Must-See's

I'm coming up from Texas next week, and will be spending Friday and Saturday in the park. I'm bringing with me a CP virgin, and a Halloweekends virgin. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the what's hot and what's not of this year's Halloweekends...

Aaron Radatz. Good magician, funny, quick with the ad libs, and works Cedar Point into the show rather nicely.

The Undertaker U. haunted house at the back of the park is very scary, as is the Fright Zone. Definitely don't want to miss those. Toxic Tunnel up by the park entrance is rather lame, and Pharaoh's Secret in Disaster Transport is pretty cool if you buy the 3D glasses.

Sounds silly, but I would suggest buying a Popcorn ball from Thing and the rest if the Adams Family. They are near the entrance to MF.

I fool so feelish...

Yes, the fright zone is great this year, but I think they used just a little too much fog this year. You could barely see where you were going.

raptor i think thats the whole point, you cant see the monsters infront of you! aaron radatz is a pretty good magician. Gotta get the cookies in frontier trail before the frightzone, they are frosted and huge and real good, and gotta get the hott apple cider!! IF you will be there two days you will have plenty of time to see everything.

D/\MN GINA!!!!!!!!

I thought all the houses were lame this year, but they were funny! Go see the tell tale heart in the glass blowing theatre. The actor who plays the asylum patient is very good! Fright zone was cool, as well as the carousel horse of CP's own urban legend. Especially the theories behind it!

Little known fact: This year, about one week ago, the fog from the Fright Zone actually showed up on local weather radar maps....

Of course, its just a little overdose of fog, nothing more...:)

AAron was on one of my local news shows last week and mentioned something that one of CPs PR guys is his assistant during the show. Oh yes, and something about him wearing a tutu-THAT is a must see for me!!! ;)

Actually everyone must see ME on the Raptor crew again this Halloweekends! Stop by and say hi!!! :)

Granted I love CP's Halloweekends most of the whole year, I still wish they'd add more live actors to their haunts..Granted this is coming from a Hauntrapreneur in the sense I run a haunted house, I still think theres nothing better than a live scare versus a automated prop! Now come to my haiunt if ya want scary!

I Met Brittney! Shes SOOOOOO Cool!

I know this is a bit off topic, but with the subject of Halloweekends did any of you guys notice that at the CP website that when the page first loads and the music plays that the causeway is all messed up. Millennium Force on wrong side, etc. It just really kind of bugs me.

Well, I think it's obvious they weren't going for accurate placement when they drew that picture.....

I truly cant wait to go to Halloweekends this weekend. I am bringing two forign exchange students too, they are even more excited than I am (which is alot for those who know me, LoL). I have been wanting hot apple cider for a while now. I thought that the Toxic Tunnel of Terror was good last year, did they change it this year? I also recall that Undertaker U. was kind of lame compared to it, but its good to hear they improved it.

By the way Jeff, we are trying to get some people to come up to your haunted house. I've been wanting to check it out.
