Guinness Record

This is hardly news and it could be old news at that, but in case some are interested.

We just got the new Guinness Book of World Records in. Cedar Point still has the record with both 68 rides and 14 coasters. Yippee! (sense the sarcasm).

The GRP were also listed as the current record holders....

This is pretty old news Joe, but still a pretty impressive record, considering most parks dont come close. Thanks for pointing the thread out to us though!:)

Well I did not know how new the new book is. :)

In the new entry there is no woodcock express or Blue Stack in the park. Instead the have a blurb about Millennium Force which is taller than the statue of liberty. What odd is in the same paragraph they mention the GRP even though they were nowhere near CP!

I'm sensing a 69/15 for next year. Maybe it would be good if they added another ride so we don't end up with 69.

I thought about that as well...if they counted dueling impulses, they would skip that number altogether.
