I"m looking for someone... yesterday, as I was getting off the Mean Streak (I think it was about 2:30 PM), I saw a guy getting on to the Mean Streak with a Guide to the Point shirt on... who was that? :-)

I saw him with a really tall guy, getting in line for the magnum.
I saw the guy who is in the picture for the shirt at Kennywood(used to be on the main page of this site) talking to a man in front of the Giant Wheel at about 6 or so. Was that you Jeff?

Yeah, I was there with a tall guy in a blue polo, known to most of you as Old Timer Tim. It might have been around six we were near Giant Wheel, remarking that the formed concrete that looked like wood around that area was surely not a coincidence.
There was one guy I saw with a shirt who wasn't me (duh), but I have no idea who it was. Most of the shirt sales thus far have been to inactive members.
I did talk to tons of people, guests and ride ops, who are long-time visitors of the site. It felt good to see such a huge number of people out there who go visit frequently. I guess it means I'm not wasting my time! Thanks for the support, folks!

Just to chime in here,
It was fun walking around with Jeff and hear all the positive comments about the site.(I didn't wear my GTTP T-shirt because I felt the two of us would look like dorks dressed alike -- Right Team Tommy?)
Anyhow, it was interesting to see the number of people, both guests and employees comment upon seeing Jeff's t-shirt, "Hey, I visit that site."
Knowing Jeff as well as I do, it has to be rewarding to him to hear such positive feedback from the public about this site.
Now, who was the "other" GTTP T-shirt man? Please come forward and identify yourself.
UNPAID ENDORSEMENT:
If you haven't already sent your money for a 2000 GTTP T-shirt do so TODAY. They are high quailty T-Shirts and you'll look sharp walking around the park.
Lets just see how funny how haha and hehe it's gonna be when Team Tommy... :)

Has anybody seen these new Raptor shirts they got this year? They were in the Hattitudes shop (that's where I bought mine), but I don't know where else, if anywhere. They are dark blue, and at the top they say in yellow faded to red "THE STEEL-TERROR RULES THE SKY!" Then, right in the middle there is a kind of realistic-looking bird of prey with green eyes and an orange beak. There is a bright red sun glint in his eyes, and outstretched (for some unknown reason) Schwarzkopf track turning into a set of claws, holding the word "RAPTOR". It is a really neat shirt, the coolest one at the park of any ride, at least that I had seen.
I was there on AAA day (yesterday) with my shirt on, and a tall friend with a beard was with me. I met LuvRaptor as I was about to get into the Raptor queue; I would have been getting into the Mean Streak queue about 3:30 or 4:00, I think.
I didn't see any other shirts; I was keeping my eye out for Jeff (our valued host), but didn't see him.
Well is was not me. I promise I was not there. You will know when you see my there with my GTTP shirt opening day.

Welcome back Millennium Force riders...We all want to know how was your RIDE!!!!!
Well I saw Jeff and his blue shirt waiting for the front of MF on Sunday morning. I would have said hello, but I saw him as I was getting on the ride.

Hey, Jeff! You're not going to do the same thing with the T-shirts that the software industry does, are you? Mine's only a year old and already obsolete! And don't tell me this is your way of practicing "continuous improvement." I guess that's what I get for buying version 1.0. :)

I saw hi on the last turn on MF Sunday.
I was quite sad to see that the Guide to the Point shirts are sold out. The way I found this site was from someone wearing a GTTP shirt last year. We need to come up with a way of knowing that someone is on CP Place. If I see anyone with a GTTP shirt this year I am going to say hi. Employees will be hard to find. Anyway props to Jeff for the shirts. I saw many GTTP shirts last year. At first I thought it was part of Cedar Points website. :)
AAA day yesterday? Oops, this is an old thread :)

A bad day at CP is better than a good day at work.
Heh... I was getting so confused and jealous reading this. I was like "THEY get to go to the point and I don't???"
Most amusing :)

Hey Jeff, out of curiosity, would there be a way to personalize shirts for the members, for example like putting there GTTP screen name on the back of them or something? Just a thought...not sure if it's been brought up before.
