GTTP Christmas Gathering

I was thinking about a GTTP meeting sometime next month a week or two before Chirstmas. Several people have brought up bowling instead of dinner. Any suggestions?

If it's bowling, The one alley in Sandusky (just east from CP on route 6/Cleveland Street) has all you can cosmic bowl from 11pm1-2am on Friday nights. I think it's like $8-$10.

The fog during the cosmic bowling reminds me of Magnum :).

Hey I forgot about this! Dave and Busters In Bay Village just opened. I went to the grand opening and got free food and games! :)

That not what you want to hear though. It has CP stuff like.....
1. A Cedar Point coaster sim (Do laps on Magnum in that thing count Dan ;))
2. Skeeball
3. A "million dollar midway" which not only rips off Cedar Points original midway name, but features a game where you roll balls down a table into holes which award different points and race other people.
4. A shooting gallery, like the 2 CP has.

Dave and Busters is also a good idea, its right off the freeway. And Mikey you won't want to play skee ball against me. :)

I think we first need to select a date. I was thinking of either a Friday or Saturday night. Like around December 14th or 15th.

For the Dave and Busters idea, just to fill you in (if you don't already know, some people don't), you need to be 21 or older to get in (under with someone 25+ until 10PM),or at least for the one here in HI you have to be...

Just thought maybe you need to know since not everyone here is over 21 ^_^;;

On the other hand, that worked quite nicely for the Red Garter Father's Day meet :)

Dave and Busters is in Westlake. It's about 45 minutes east of Rt. 250 on I-90/Rt. 2.

... especially around Christmas. I think a date should be set, whatever that may be. Then perhaps another gathering can take place later in the winter, a la last year's BW-3 event.

OTT will organize a third event, but that will be by invitation only ;)
