Greater Ohio Coaster Club ?

I am interested in joining the coaster club to get ERT at CP. My question is I'm from PA so is it worth it to get one, and is that a way to get into ERT at CP during Coastermania? Also can you post any of the events or special perks from last year?

I have been a member of GOCC going on 2 years. I am not joining ACE again this year basically cause it is too expensive. GOCC has been awesome to me for a few reasons-mainly because I have written 4 different articles (CP articles) for their newsletter and am invited to do several more. I have met several of our members-or actually they knew of me and met me (including their president Jon and their editor Brian) You really cant get that type of 1 on 1 with ACE people. The members I have ridden with are awesome. I was invited to represent them in their booth during Millennium Mania this past season but....
do to having to run Raptor instead I was unable to do it. If they do it again this year however you can bet I will be in the booth!

I am also going to join GOCC to go to Coastermania. Is there any other advantages for being a member? Like do I get discounts at parks or any other neat essentials?
