Great for the GP

This ride will be great for the General Public.  Most people I talked to last year who saw the commercials for Six Flags loved the "twisted" spikey thing called Superman and wanted to try ride it.  It's also recieved great reviews by roller coaster freaks.
I have to agree..on what your saying Im just disapointed for the fact that I basically rode this coaster all last year at another park that will remain nameless LOL  And i was kind of hopeing for a different type of LIM launch this time.  I have to agree with someone else who said they were not to thrill with the idea that its twisted on both ends..I kind of like the feeling of hanging there like on superman...but alas..this way..persons in the front of the train and the back of the train get to experience two different positons on the twist.

The more you ride it, the more you want it!

I've said this all along, but what is wrong with having the same type of ride at competing amusement parks? Wicked Twister is just one less reason I have to go to Six Flags. I love Jeff's interpretation of the two hoisted middle fingers pointed at the competition! If you make Progresso Soup, do you not make a vegetable soup because Campbell's already has one? No, you improve the recipe and compete with your own product, which is exactly what CP has done. This will be a terrific ride, in an absolutely gorgeous setting.

It's very hard to drink all day...
Unless you start first thing in the morning.

But, I don't like Progresso.  It may have more stuff, but the broth tastes so watery.  I stick with Cambells because it has flavor.

Laugh ye not too hard at my piddly stats. MF: 3; Magnum: 5; Raptor: 2 But the Iron Dragon is still my baby!
If understand that knowing is half the battle, but what's the other half, chicken
I think Cedar Point did a bad job on Wicked Twister, all it is is another ride, not anything big. They could of called it something like Lake Effect instead.
that's a sweet name! I would love to see that used in the future! wow!
Wicked Twister is 215' tall with a 206' drop.  Have we become so jaded that we think that this is no big deal?  I skipped CP in 2001 because they didn't add anything.  Now I have season passes for 2002.  I can't wait to go to CP and check out all the new additions they've added.
I wasn't impressed  with S:UE. So I probably won't be with WT.  Mainly due to the lack of a view other than the front seat. I liked seeing the ground come at you. I didn't really get to see the ground the same way in the other seats. But knowing CP it will probably be a great  anyways.

But Everyone will get to look straight down at the ground with the twists at both ends.

Welcome back Magnum riders how was your ride?
I prefer HOMEMADE chicken noodle soup..you know the kind that is unique and that hasnt been already made by someone else.
