Just wanted to Say Thank You CP for another wonderful Summer of Fun...Met many new wonderful Fans of the Park and became a lot closer with existing Friends...Saw my daughter grow up to love the park so much more this year and her eyes light up with excitement was like mine first did when I was her age! Had some new wonderful moments with the wife where so much of our past has been to do with CP....Can never say enough about Halloweekends and the coasters except Bravo CP...

Saw Dan hit 2000 and met with Jeff and gang for the "big premiere"..Spent Od and Coastermania with my usual freinds including Jo and gang...SO much more to say but will stop here..

Had a great time and even though my next generation is gaining her love for CP I intend to keep right up with her....

WoooooooHooooooo...well said Jeffrey!! Bravo CP! Any chance of an encore performance for this weekend since it will be so nice? Ahhhhh I thought I'd ask anyway!

Nice said Jeffrey!!! THANK YOU CEDAR POINT!! We all love you! Yes, it will be missed... what to do in offseason..hmm.. well there's always GTTP! The countdown starts tomorrow! I'll be countin down! And theres a new coaster to look forward to and talk about! We will try and survive;)
Just wanted to say that I had fun working at CP this season, most guests that came through were pleasant towards me and it was fun to put a smile on someone's face.  It seems sad that its all about to come to an end for the winter.

My best memory would be riding the MF for the first and only time. It was a great feat for a guy who is afraid of heights. :)  I may try to back next year, but only as a visitor. Have a great winter everyone!

This was a great year for me, it was my first year with a season pass and by far the most times I've gone in one year.  It was also cool meeting some GTTPers throughout the summer, including one of the funniest men alive - Red Garter Rob.  I look forward to next year when I'll be there even more and get to meet more of you guys.  Thanks CP for the great season and thanks for the new ride - whatever it is, I know it will make this offseason a lot more lively than last...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH CEDAR POINT!

I, too, had my best season at the park yet!

Got my first Season Pass (yeah!). Meet some great fellow GTTPers, (including Mr. Spartan and Dan, right after Dan hit number 2000), and Red Garter Rob, as well. We shared a few laughs in the Millennium Force queue.

Got to ride VertiGo...What A great experience that was! Rode Mean Streak...and again...and again..and again ;)

Overall, Cedar Point, you continue to amaze me...and am looking VERY forward to 2002. Thanks a lot, and have a good sleep :)

I'm going to miss CP! I made sooo many new friends.

I would have never made it through the long winter without gttp (BIG thanks). Finally, the season came. All of a sudden it flew by. I can't wait until next year!

I hope this winter will fly by!

10/28/01: Gemini 100 Reunion

I hold this season very close to me. I rode more rides, visited more frequently and met more people then in previous years. I value the wonderful friendships I made this year including Dan, Jo, Hooper, Mikey.

Everyone have a safe and fun offseason while we marvel at the ride construction this winter.

I will post a full TR tomorrow.

Thank you CP for another fantastic season.  I enjoyed meeting a ton of new people and getting to know some of you even better.  This year I made a record amount of trips to the park and loved every minute of it.  It was absolutely one of my most memorable seasons ever.  I can't wait for 2002!!!  Keep it coastin right here on the greatest web site ever GTTP!!!!!
Tear, Tear... well Can't wait til 2002!

This was a "wild" summer for me and I have two good CP memories that will forever stand out in my mind. I was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer which required surgery. The first memory is thinking about the last ride I took on Millennium Force a few days before, while being wheeled into the operating room. The second memory is when I was taking my first ride on MF (after two LONG months of recovery) and knowing the doctors said that I'm now 100% free of cancer.
Well, I also was a first year season pass holder...and many more still to come for sure! After fearing coasters for 18+ years of my life, I made it to Cedar Po!nt 38 times this season. I met many new people there including Corey, Dan the Man (HEY MAN! I SAW YOU ON TV!!!), Mr. Spartan, Raptor Jo, Hooper, Tony (sheesh, even saw him at a Tribe game!), and Red Garter Rob.

My most memorable Po!nt in the season has to be the night after my wedding, when the last ride of the night on Millennium Force came to be the best ever. First time--Front Seat! WHAT A RUSH. Although I've had front seat since, there's nothing like the first time. Made my first day at Cedar Point with my wife so much more enjoyable.

See you all next year as we all Get Back To The Po!nt!!

Great year, met alot of GTTPers and made a few good friends this season...as for memories, my fav. had to be the DT80 or the time we were stopped on Maggie.

Another great season, as expected, but the topping memory was definitely taking a college trip this September with friends who had never been there.  Seeing the expressions on their faces while going up MF's lift is a memory I will never forget...Thanks CP for another great year, and I can't wait till next year to enjoy the new ride!
This was a "to busy for the computer" summer for me . But never to busy for CP.  Another great year for sure. The best halloweekends ever.  Fright zone was a big added plus this year. I'm starting to look foward to halloweekends as much as opening day.

It's a bummer to loose both your heros in the same year. Thanks Cp , for putting a smile back on my face.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!  Hold those 3 fingers high in tribute of the late Dale Earnhardt.  If I'm not mistaken, it was the number 3 train that was running on Mine Ride this weekend...

It was quite the different year for me... more trips than I'd ever taken to the park. These had to be my two favorite moments of the season:

1) The very first time I set foot on the Cedar Creek Mine Ride platform back in May. I won't ever forget that.

2) Sitting on that bench by Millennium Force the first time I spent the day with Natalie. (I'm such a sap aren't I?)
