Awww you guys! Stop it!
As I prepare for my last day (which is tomorrow), I wanted to say a personal "thank you SO much" for all the well-wishes and compliments. Working here has been one of the best experiences of my life - and y'all had somethin' to do with it!
It was a pleasure meeting some of you (and interacting with most online). It was also fun reading your questions, comments and concerns. You all have a true passion for the park (as I do) and there's good reason for it - this place is special.
If you care to follow me on my new adventure (I'll be working in the exciting world of TV), you can follow me on Twitter (@FOX6Tony). And if you don't use Twitter, just point your browser to my page and take a look once in awhile. It'll be nice to hear how you're all doing! Plus you get to see me being, well, myself - just on TV!
Thanks again for some great memories. I'll be back!
P.S. No, I will not share future capital expansion plans, comment on park policies or tell you things I could or couldn't say while working here. ;)
Best to all,
Tony
Director of Communications at Cedar Point
I was so sad when I found out Tony was going! I only got to meet him once, and he was such a nice guy! I started reading the blogs and watching all the pointcasts this spring, and it's going to be sad knowing there won't be any more entries. Good luck Tony, we will all miss you!

This is really sad news for all CP enthusiasts. I saw Tony around the park numerous times and was always so starstruck that I never said hello. Now I wish I had! Going to really miss the blog and the sense of 'inclusion' that Tony gave to all of us. There are some incredibly large shoes to fill, both in finding a new representative for the park, in the level of quality of the online components that Tony contributed. All of the best Tony and don't be a stranger!

What was Tony's official job title with Cedar Point?
Out of sheer coincidence I happen to have his business card. It says "Interactive Marketing Manager"

There's some pretty hilarious stuff in the videos. Seems like Tony is having a blast at his new job.
