Hey - we should start a new thread for each piece of track that gets put into place. That way, it will be easier to keep track of what's going on, since there is soooo much to discuss.

From what I can tell, the pic is updating. The pic does get darker and brighter from the cloud cover over the area.
Really, once a piece is up in place, not much happens while the workers scramble and install the bolts. The crane is locked in place, and at this distance (and lighting) you won't be able to see much movement.
