Hey guys I'm going to the point tomarrow and never been to Halloweekends on a Friday I'm sick of all the massive sat lines. So my questions are we are plat pass holders do you gat in early on Friday Halloweekends? My husband and I wanted to eat at TGIFridays on point what are there friday hours and are the prices much higher than a normal TGIFridays, and we wanted to go b4 we went in the park? Also how are the lines on Fridays I would imagine due to Ohio football games and cps short hours That the lines would not be a 5 hour wait like sat's.?
What's Life If You Never Get To The POINT?...see yall in line!
Platinum Pass holders can get in the park at 5 on Fridays. From what I have seen over the past couple of years (going about 6 or 7 Fridays over that time), lines are much shorter on Friday nights in Sept/Oct than they are on Saturdays during that time. Many/most of the rides will be walk ups/one cycle waits. MF/Maverick lines will be longer but still relatively short. And at various points during the nite, the handicap gate on MF is likely to be open so you walk back into the station if you want to re-ride rather than walking all the way around from the exit to the entrance.
I am not a fan of the haunts so I cannot really speak to those. One time last year, I went through a few of them on a Friday night and waited about 45 minutes to an hour for many of them. Cannot say if that is typical as it was only one nite.
Weather can play a big role. If its raining (or rain is forecasted) and/or extremely cold, the crowds typically are less.
I haven't been to TGIF in years so I cannot comment on that.
Tomorrow is going to be busier than the Fridays in September, which were fabulous.
Camper Village has been completely sold out for this weekend for a few weeks now. When it sells out early, it's going to be busy. Still, nowhere near as busy as Saturday.
I recommend you do as much as you can early in the night. Crowds steadily come in as people get off work, out of school, or whatever. It will get progressively more crowded until 10:30 or so, at which point it starts to slow back down.
I hate TGIF so I can't answer that one either, but someone else posted here recently that the prices are only a couple dollars higher than any other TGIF.
TGIF at the Breakers is higher than normal. I believe the one at Castaway is closer if not the same as normal prices. IIRC the Breakers menu is smaller as well. If that's where you want to eat, I'd recommend stopping at the one at Castaway before heading into the park. I'm not sure of the Breakers hours. But the Castaway has normal hours and would be open before the park.

The last two fridays I went, I had to wait no more than 15 minutes for MF. Maverick was about 30 minutes, and TTD was a walk on.
I do not know the TGIF hours. I would think they would be open by 4 or 5. If it's 5, it might be wiser to use your early entry time and ride while the lines are their shortest instead of going to Fridays. You can go to TGIF anytime. You just won't see the beach, if you get a table near the windows. I do know they are considerable more than most TGIF's. Maybe a third more per item.
Corn Stalkers has the longest line. It can be over an hour unless you get in line before it opens. Eternity Infirmary has the longest line of the indoor haunts. Still it's not real long line.
I want to eat at Fridays tomorrow at breakers, Haven't been there since 2004, so how small is their menu? wow. that is interesting about the menu.
Maybe 2/3. I'm not real sure. I don't go to Friday's that much.

Fridays and Sundays during Halloweekends are really the best times to go! Even though Camper Village is sold out people usally don't check in until later in the evening on Friday. If you go right after the park opens for the evening you should not have any troubles with long lines. If you have questions about the hours of TGI Fridays you can always call Hotel Breakers for their hours they should know.
I love Cedar Point
The Friday's inside Breakers does seem to have a slightly smaller menu, but prices are pretty reasonable I think. The meals I've had are only about $2 more than what you'd pay at a regular Friday's restaurant.
