G.O.C.C. Fall Freak Out September 16

Who's going to be attending the GOCC Fall Freak out event on September 16? It's looking like I may be there.

Is it GOCC only? Can ACE or CoasterBuzz attend?

I believe it is GOCC only. I could be wrong, however.

Ben, do you know if you have to pre-register, or can you just show up and register on site. I might go, but I can't be sure just yet.

Pre-registration was due August 28. I would have posted this sooner, but I wasn't thinking I was going.

The Florida Coaster Club will be there as well. We have 20+ members signed up and ready to go. Hope to meet some of you there!

Wow Chef you beat me to it. Yep there is going to be a wild party that weekend. I think the number right now is 23 of us.

Our money was sent in weeks ago. Hotel reservations already made.
Can't wait for GL the next day too...will be a blast!! :)

My daughter and son in law are going too...they have never experienced ERT before!! :)
Of course I wish it was on Raptor!! :(

I haven't decided if I'm staying Saturday night and going to GL or going home Saturday night, or staying Saturday and going to CP sunday, but I will have to work at either 8pm or midnight on Sunday evening, so I won't be able to stick around long :(

I kind of wish there was Raptor ERT too. Oh well, Millennium Force should be fun! :)

Christa and I will be attending both days. Hope to hang out with you again Jo, and I'm sure we'll run into you as we'll be there with Tony. Maybe we can all get stuck on Dominator's lift again. What a great time that was.

I'm going to try to go, but I won't know for certain until it's a little closer.

Ben, I think I might have lost my info on the event. Do you know what the particulars are? (Schedule of events, registration, ERTs.) Just the quick and dirty if you know it off hand. :)

Morning ERT on Saturday on Millennium Force. Evening ERT on Magnum. Next morning at Geauga Lake. It's all up on a PDF flyer on the GOCC website which can be Googled.

I am quite sure of who's idea it was to have ERT on Maggie (*cough* Cathy Schwab *cough*) instead of my Raptor. The committee decided on Maggie because they said Raptor is usually a walk on?? WTH? If anything is a walk on it is always Maggie!!

That's what they get for not asking person with true Raptor knowledge...and that's what I get for not running for GOCC President!!! ;)

Ben-we are definitely bunking in Sandusky Friday night and Saturday-no way are we driving that 2x!

Luv, thanks for the link. I was kind of hoping there would be on-site registration. *sigh* I'm just not very good with deadlines that don't revolve around work. :(

If I didn't have to buy a new freaking edition accounting book for class....

We don't have GL passes, so it would have been $60 for Midway Matt and I to go. We decided to pass on this one.

Maybe next year we will get the add-on on our passes.. And make him a member of GOCC!!!!

Me, Mike, and Christa will be at both parks and will miss seeing Lexi at Geauga Lake!
